If possible, prepare the following documentation with the design submittal. 

For owner-occupied spaces, the owner must declare ownership of the space and provide proof of ownership. 
For tenant-leased spaces, the relevant portion of the signed lease must be provided, showing that it is for a minimum of ten years. 
In cases when tenants have a lease of less than ten years with an option to renew, you may submit a letter of intent stating why the project should be expected to renew the lease and stay beyond the 10-year period. Projects will be judged on a case-by-case basis to determine if their approach is acceptable for credit compliance.
