It is helpful to give subcontractors the following tools:

Ceiling and Wall System Reporting Form: A tracking sheet should be distributed to each trade subcontractor; it should be submitted to the general contractor for overall tracking and filing. (See the Documentation Toolkit.)
List of Acceptable Ceiling and Wall System Products: when subcontractors look for products, they should consult this list. The most up-to-date lists of compliant materials are located on the CHPS website in the Low-Emitting Materials Table, on the Greenguard website (specify Greenguard Children and Schools, specifically), and on the Scientific Certification Systems website (specify Indoor Advantage Gold, specifically).
