Typically we submit 0 transients (visitors) for our Army barracks LEED NC projects. This has been challenged by the reviewer. Are there "minimums" expected for transients, even on an Army base?

We have a Fire Station project scheduled for a flush out of the Appratus Bay. The space has heating but there is not a simple way to control humidity.
