I'm working on a project in Sweden containg a concert hall, congress and hotel in the same building on around 645 000 sf. To go in and write in all the rooms in tha calculater would take year so I've listed all the floorplans instead and then showing the compliant rooms on the floorplan drawings with an document with areas included. Do you believe this is a good way of showing compliance?

As long as the room names are in English, the SF is shown in the space or on your calculation form, you should be fine. Include a narrative explaining what you did and why.
