No cooling in Proposed Building

Our proposed building has no cooling system installed; it is ventilated naturally. Now Appendix G says to model the proposed building like the baseline bldg system. That means with a VAV.

Ventilation of a Backup Diesel Generator Closet

We have a small mechanical equipment room that contains a backup diesel generator. It is being ventilated to remove exhaust and excess heat.

Seems like a no brainer - substituting LED light fixtures in our parking lot will cut energy consumption by 80%. This does not seem to be covered in other LEED credits.

Gym with Daylight Provision

We have a LEED-CI project with a small Gym. The gym has the daylight provision with full height window. Do we need to provide the photo cell sensors at the gym as well? Thanks.

IEQc1 requires confirmation that the building services have been designed in accordance with ASHRAE. A statement from the mechanical engineer is required to demonstrate this.
