Looking for an example

NC-2009 IEQc8.1:Daylight and Views—Daylight

In the course of the 30+ LEED projects I have participated in, I have never successfully achieved this credit.

I understand the different occupancy types and the default fixture use values; however, what I do not understand is how I am suppose to get a somewhat accurate estimation of a occupancy daily total

Poured concrete is not an air barriers. Your wall section will need a separate air barrier.

Hi, I'm working on LEED CI project, which has used products such as panels which are made of steel (20%) which has reycled content (50%) and particle board (80%) which is FSC certified(100%).

I continue to think this credit is a good step forward. There are six issues I would suggest we discuss to strengthen it and make sure it meets the intent.

Low emiting vehicles

lproviding a "fleet" of fuel effcicient vehicles might be a practical strectch. recommend keeping the fuel efficient vehicle credit for all projects and not just schools and warehouses.

Although integrated process may lead to more sustainable solution, I don't believe it should be awarded points for the building design. These two credits should be deleted.
