Can title 24-2008 compliance be used in lieu of ASHRAE 90.1-200?

CI-2009 EAc1.3:Optimize Energy Performance—HVAC
posted by  Leticia SooHoo  on

I am currently involved in a 200,000SF LEED-CI 2009 project in California. To achieve credit EAc1.3, can title 24-2008 be used in lieu of ASHRAE 90.1-2007? Any advice will be appreciated.

We are working on a recreation center with a gym and several pools. More efficient showers in the locker rooms will save a lot of water.

Option Pilot: Any Insight?

We have an interesting situation in that from June 2010 – August 2011, we had a fuel cell pilot on our building. We had to have a gas meter installed specifically to feed this fuel cell.

The reviewer question the distance on the rebar steel. Will the mill certificates be enough verification of the distance. Showing the distances of the (2) Mills where the material was composed?
