Wondering how to determine the baseline system for a warehouse that upon initial completion will be a cold, dark shell maintained at 50°F.

2 part question 1 - we are at the threshold between silver and gold. Is it possible to speak to our reviewer. The credit we need is in the Energy model and only involves a 1percent difference.

We are working on a warehouse building with attached offices in climate zone 5A, with gas-fired rooftop equipment for heating.

Natural Ventilation

Hi! Currently, I'm working on a warehouse's project under LEED certification. There's no heating/cooling system in the warehouses, there's only natural ventilation.

Green Power - India

As a wind turbine manufacturing company, we have wind mills installed all over the country. In this regard, we would like to pursue for the Green power credit under EA c4.

Self-closing doors

The labs in this high school building do not have self-closing doors because of life safety recommendations and faculty preference.

I am working in a project for which my client has made a contract with the Mexican only company to receive 100% of its energy from clean energy source which means wind farms in Oaxaca, Mexico.

Are the primer and topcoat applied to the fire fighting and HVAC systems pipes required to be compliant with VOC limits if the pipes are hidden inside the wall and flooring layers or above the fals
