Hello, I'm working on a project where a very large amount of the soil had to be removed due to contamination (we are pursuing SSc3) and clean soil had to be brought in from off-site.

Is a CI project required to replace the filters of the main building AHU? The project is a 5000 sf office space tenant in a 162,000 sf building (no AHU's in the space).

RP spreadsheet has same credit listed twice.

The RP credits for the project zip-code shows the same credit reference listed for RP 5 and RP 6. Does this mean that we get 2 RP points if we achieve the double listed credit?

LEED v2009 Minimum energy savings %

Option 1 compliance path indicates the minimum % savings is 10% for new construction. In the LEED v4 comments a mention was made that the threshold was 12% for v2009.
