Preserved for the llife of the building?

Does Open Space have to be preserved for the life of the building?  This previous v2009 requirement seems to have been removed from v4.  Can anyone confirm? Thanks

Does restored area have to be preserved for the life of the building, as v2009?  It appears this is no longer a requirements in v4. Can any one confirm?
