Two Buildings on One Site

We have two apartment buildings on one site. It meets all the requirements for a group since they are being built at the same time and by the same contractors and owned by the same owner.

Hello, It's stated in IEQc4.3 that unfinished/untreated solid hardwood automatically qualifies for this credit. Could the same be said for unfinished engineered hardwood?

Hi, I'm looking for an answer regarding credit SS 3 for a LEED Home. What documentation is required for the SRI? For NC there's a table which states the SRI of concrete being >29.

Carpool spaces for motorcycles?

I have a project that includes a large number of motorcycle parking. Can motorcycle parking be excluded from this credit if pursuing Option 2?

Master site credits applicabilty

We have a campus with 9 buildings elegible to seek LEED but only some of them will seek the certification (we are still deciding which ones).
