I've got a project trying to meet the requirements of LZ2 under this credit. the LEED boundary abuts the public rights-of-way at all points. It is essentially an island between streets.

My client is expanding an existing building onto an adjacent tract. Our LEED boundary is the interface between the new and existing buildings, extended across what was an existing parking lot.
