Pilot Credit Usability

I have pursued this Pilot credit on several LEED projects over the past year and I'm happy to report that it has gotten significantly easier to document credit compliance.

Servers are listed on the Energy Star website, but not receivers. Is it safe to assume they are still not Energy Star eligible?

when I have an addition project do I have to demonstrate compliance for the new addition and renovated areas or does it have to be applied to all areas? (existing to remain, renovated and new)
