On the form it notes that for exemplary performance we have to show that we are within 1/2 mile of at least 2 existing commuter rail, etc….and/or within 1/4 mile of at least 2 stops for 4 or more…b

Our project is in a dense urban area and we will meet the guidelines for SS Credit 2.
