Hello, we have a building with irregular shape of facade. The facade consists of horizontal lamellas with vertical gazing - like steps, 3 per each floor.

We are reusing an old auto-parts store that lacked daylight. We are cutting new windows in one wall and installing skylights. Do I subtract those windows from both existing and reused?
