CS-2009 MRc1:Building Reuse—Maintain Existing Walls, Floors and Roof

Cutting Windows and skylights

We are reusing an old auto-parts store that lacked daylight. We are cutting new windows in one wall and installing skylights. Do I subtract those windows from both existing and reused? Or just reused? Thanks.

I would subtract just from reused.
