I received the final comment for one of my LEED for Schools projects: "Metered faucet duration has not been revised from 10-second duration to the default 12-second duration as required.

We have a project where we are using Soladigm Dynamic Glass which automatically tints the window based on how sunny it is using photosensors on each face of the building.

Evidently, installing automatic shut-off controls for showers is deemed as not water saving strategy by the USGBC's LEED Department.

If there is a manually controlled exhaust fan (hood) at a workstation within a kitchen would it be considered as a means of thermal control for that workstation.

R- value of different assemblies in building (conditioned) cannot be averaged. Why?? Only U-value, C-Factors can averaged.again Why??

Our LEED project boundary includes 20,000 RSF in total . And the core building spaces where no alterations is being done are 1500 SF with in the leed project boundary.
