Seems like a no brainer - substituting LED light fixtures in our parking lot will cut energy consumption by 80%. This does not seem to be covered in other LEED credits.

Our design has four Dual Duct VAV units that share common plenum return that is recirculated thru both hot and cold deck of each unit. Each unit has it's own OA intake.
