We are using 3/6 LPF dual flush toilets in both male and female restrooms. The WEp1 template doesn't allow us to input both rates, so in my understanding we have to input an average.

IEQ credit 1, IEQ credit 2, EAc3, and related credits

Has anyone gotten points for IEQ credit 2 without compromising points for other LEED credits? I say this because it seems hard to increase ventilation without using larger amounts of energy.

Our project site has two buildings that will be demolished to erect our project. Through testing that is compliant with NESHAPS standards it has been determined that both buildings have asbestos.

Does this credit require 100% comfortable hours (for 90% of the people PMV) or is there some flexibility? Also - any idea what to do if we can't find an EPW file for Lusaka, Zambia?

We are engaged in a high-rise adaptive reuse of a middle school built in 1934. Historic is requiring the original window assemblies be restored.
