We are engaged in a high-rise adaptive reuse of a middle school built in 1934. Historic is requiring the original window assemblies be restored. We are unable to find any documentation for the u-value of the existing window condition for the energy model. Our question: We have heard from others that GBCI required documentation and/or 'certification' of existing condition. Can you provide any guidance ? Thanks for any assistance.

Absent any specific data you can use the appropriate values found in Table A8.2 from 90.1.
