We've learned that for projects with partial renovation and partial expansion a new points thresholds should be calculated for EAc1.

In anticipation for a large dust kick-up during finish installation, our project is looking into placing an additional cloth filter on the return air grilles (in addition to the MERV 8 filter).

Owned land for 150+ years

The building is on a campus owned by the school for over 150 years. Before that, the land was part of a farming community. It's pretty much impossible for it to be contaminated.

I have a 3 storey office building pursuing LEED NC. 2 of the 3 pavements are going to be occupied right after the construction, while the 3rd one will be occupied only 2 years later.
