Owned land for 150+ years

The building is on a campus owned by the school for over 150 years. Before that, the land was part of a farming community. It's pretty much impossible for it to be contaminated. Could we get an exemption from this requirement?

Maura, this is a Prerequisite and must be complied with. The fact the land was a part of a farming community or owned for 150+ years does not guarantee no contamination exists, either self-inflicted or from off-site migration.
