We have tectum panels (acoustic/insulation panels) above our beams. Do we have to add additional panels to the wall to make up for the ceiling area occupied by the exposed ceiling structure/beams?

An irriation pump was installed that supplied the need water for irrigation for the onsite pond. We sumitted this was a non potable irrigation for 4 points.

my question is how to calculate the sq ft area of the particular room to find out the window to floor ratio ?How to assume that the window area is covered this much area.
