It is not clear to me how to model the "minimum outdoor air ventilation rates".

The data I have to work with for filling this credit out are pre- and post-development calculations for a 100 year storm with a duration of 1 hour.

We have a project that is predominantly a parking garage structure.

In MR c1.1 and in other credits LEED asks for a (redacted) copy of the lease for term, utility payments, etc.

Can shade of the building itself be counted towards the credit?
