Jesus, in general LEED does not award points for use of specific products or technologies. It awards credits for good design, which makes use of certain products.

Omer- LEED for New Construction would be used for both the hotel and the residential units assuming it is more than seven stories of residential.

The light fixtures currently installed meet the specified criteria however what do you do if the bulbs were replaced not too long ago and their lifetime will outlast a 2 year window.
