LEED Online v4 for Multiple Buildings on a Campus

LEED Online v4 was a surprise in more ways than one. The individual projects are now certified under the Master Site, which is certified under the Campus (the old "block"). All well and good.

Reference Guide indicates WaterSense label requirements are mandatory in U.S. Right now the program for the WaterSense label on toilet flushometers is still in draft stage.

Preface: LEED CS v3.0 Project in Massachusetts. Our project is designed to produce 16% on-site renewable energy. The energy is fed directly into the building and used by the building.
