Slab on grade and concrete piers

I have a large building with an arena at the second level. I am retaining the slab on grade on the first level except for some small cuts to run piping.

Has the pressure differential requirement of at least 5 pascals for LEED v2009 IEQc5 Indoor and Chemical Source Pollutant Control been eliminated from the requirement of this credit?

Recycled Water

The building our project is located in uses municipally supplied recycled water to serve the supply to the water closets and urinals. Can this be used to calculate additional savings?

Our project is currently registered under NC 2009. This 66,500sf project consists of a new classroom addition to an existing 53,000sf building, which achieved LEED silver under NC 2.2.

I am working on a job with the Army Corps of Engineers that has a vehicle maintenance workbay with general exhaust requirements of 1.5 CFM/SF dictated by the RFP.

I use Carrier-HAP and according to ASHRAE 90.1 G.1 #4, all baseline HVAC fans should be running continuously when the space is occupied and cycled when the space is unoccupied.
