Can someone help me with how to determine the total site area for calculations on a lot with an existing residence, and a future LEED certified accessory dwelling.

I have a building that is roughly 20,000ft2 of office, plus another 13,000ft2 of underground parking that is heated to 50F.

Is it possible to improve your certification level after accepting final certification?

We received our final review on Friday, and do not understand why Credit WEc3 was denied.

Can anyone provide some guidance or examples of what is recommended for the building operation review within 10 months of substantial completion?
