It's not clear to me where to document the points for RPC's. At the end of each template, there is a check box for ID points, but nothing for RPC points.

A data center is applying for LEED-NC v2009. There are 5 PAUs (Primary Air Unit). 4 of them will serve the equipment rooms. One will serve the equipement rooms and office areas.

Can client's emails be used in place of letter of commitment form client? Does USGBC accept emails as evidence?

We have a project that specified exterior lgithing for 1120 W. Based on IECC, we could claim supplemental allowance of 1300 W regardless o the exterior area.
