High-Efficiency Toilets Don't Flush!!!

We recently completed a new building where we used American Standard Cadet FloWise pressure-assisted 1.1 gpf toilets. The problem is that these toilets do not work properly.

Mark, the larger problem is that most LEED consultants have never DESIGNED anything, so they should restrain themselves from doing anything more than suggesting LEED product goals/requirements and

Our cleaning company is proposing to use a "Enviro Solutions - Neutral Disinfectant Concentrate #256". First, I'm not even sure which standard/certification (i.e. GS-37) I should be looking for.
