Defining 'one building'

NC-2009 PIf1:Minimum Program Requirements

I have a project with two adjacent buildings that are basically physically distinct structures with a short enclosed corridor that connects the two. Can this project be considered one building?

The definition of Unmet Load Hours has been vague for quite some time. ASHRAE 90.1 2010 was supposed to address this issue. Do we have some resolution about this yet?

Our building has a large number of tenants with separate management. Their IT equipment go back to the manufacturer and do not go to the building main waste stream.
