The light fixtures currently

The light fixtures currently installed meet the specified criteria however what do you do if the bulbs were replaced not too long ago and their lifetime will outlast a 2 year window.

We just received comments on a review of this credit I am trying to understand. For this project, we actually had an approved MV plan from LEED NC credit EAc5.

cutsheets?

I'm confused on whether or not we need to provide product cutsheets, or if the invoices (line item, with dollar values and the CoC # and everything) are all we need to document this credit.

Are local SmartCommute Programs compliant with Option 2?

I see that the SmartCommute program is referenced as a way to provide incentive to building occupants to increase alternative commuting to work.

I am working on a manufacturing facility addition where the owner wants to pursue LEED certification. The LEED energy model turned out that we are not going to meet the 10% minimum.
