I would assume that in a multiple occupancy CS building, the shower and changing room(s) would need to be in a location that is readily accessible to all, like common space.

When calculating distance between the manufacturing plant & the project site, is the distance I should use, actual travel distance by land, or by "how the crow flies"?

LEED for Retail Option 4 Path 1 states "size parking capacity must meet but not exceed minimum local zoning requirements".

We have an open plan office area that contains 24 workstations. There are 3 thermostats that control the temperature in this open office plan area.

Accumulating Annexes in multi

The credits seem to be accumulating annexes, for example, after uploading an annex in the templates for the SS 4.1 credit, it appears later in the following credits as an upload, even for templates
