Credit compliance for exceeded concentration levels?

We recently received City water test results that indicated the Chloride concentrations were 350 ppm.  Are there any mitigation strategies we could employee to reduce the concentration levels

f the only subsystem available in the project is (Indoor plumbing fixtures and fittings), Are we eligible to earn this Credit for a core and shell project?
