How is the Hazardous Glass Area (HGA) calculated for each material? Is a material with a higher threat factor weighted the same as a material with a lower threat factor?

Hi My project site is composed of sand,gravel. How do I define the run off coefficient? Where can I get it? I'm not experienced enough to work LEED project. Might be a poor question..sorry.

Confused by Third Party reporting tequirement of Option 3

I would love some insight on why, if going for Option 3, the whole-building water and energy usage data reporting MUST be done by a Third Party Data Source, vs. the actual Owner?

No irrigation, No landscape - option 2 compliance

I'm working on a project where the existing site is 100% concrete paving. We are not providing any landscape, thus no irrigation. Does this mean we comply with option 2?

Is rockwool considered a rapidly renewable material? I understand that rapidly renewable materials must be made from either plants or animals and must have a harvest cycle of 10 years or less.
