Hi everyone, I was wondering what the difference is between the "Total Materials Cost" and "Total Value of Sustainable Materials Costs (unweighted)" in the BPDO calculator?

Our project comprises of two buildings- building 1 is existing, building 2 is new. We are only seeking LEED certification for building 2.

Would a wooded area with lots of trees count as open space for this credit? Our project is surrounded by wooded areas that are basically greenfield areas with trees.
