If a product has cotton and viscose blend, can I the entire product be considered rapidly renewable or just the cotton portion?

Question was posted - I seem to be having trouble with this form. it continues to state that the form is not complete. Answer- Make sure all of the boxes that are blank have a zero in them.

My question is: What if a LEED project disturbs land owned by a different party? i.e. if they have to excavate in an adjacent parking lot to install utilities for the building seeking LEED.
