Certify some of multiple fitout floor

Our client will rent 8,10-20 floor within 20 stories building. They would like to get LEED CI certify only for 8 and 10 floor. Can it be done under single project certification?

Hi, my project has PAU distributes 100% OA to AHUs so I want to ask if installing 1 OA meter at PAU is sufficient for the credit or I have to install meters at every AHU? Thank you for your advic
