Buying & selling RECs

If the RECs are sold (solar RECs) is there a requirement that the RECs HAVE to be solar, or can they be any kind of RECs (wind)?

Our project area is less than 75% of the total building area - as we are one of the tenants in 25 floor building. So i guess the project would qualify under Case1 - Option 2.

I have a bit of a dilemma on my hands with the WE calculations. By owner request, we specified dual flush toilets throughout the building.

Performance Period for EBOM v2 - using more than the minimum

Is there an advantage or disadvantage to using a performance period longer than the minimum required? Using the shortest possible period means the fewest numbers to crunch.

We are modeling a Core & Shell office building where the HVAC system is in the tenant scope. we are only delivering chilled water and outdoor air to the tenant areas.
