Has anyone attempted an ID credit for exemplary performance for SSc4.1 and the Pilot Credit for Reduced Automobile Dependence and if so, were you awarded both?

We are trying to achieve LEED CI v2009 Certification. The project is a 6,237 SF office space tenant in a 336,510 SF building occupying approximately 50% of the 11th floor.

GC has submitted a Greenguard certificate for visual display products that contain urea-formadehyde??!!! Are there allowable limits for the formaldehyde, for example,

Thermal Contrillability: No of thermostat points and alternative

We have a total of 2385 individual spaces and to provide thermostats for 50% of these is required to score a point. which means is it that we are required to provide 1193 numbers of thermostats?
