1. What is the difference between an open web steel joist and a plain steel joist?

We have a main, fire water and irrigation meter. If read weekly and calibrated properly we have what is needed to obtain 2 points in this credit.

EAc1 and EAp2 don't require a PE seal. Is it really required on the SEP submittal for this credit?
