I will register a project under LEED v4 NC+D, is there the possibility for some (not all) credits to use the version LEED v4.1?

In a new project do I have the change to be compliant with some  credits  requirements of LEED v4 amd some other with LEED v4.1.?

Is there a standard LEED users' survey form for the thermal comfort verification or is this something that needs to be generated by the Owner for each project?
