Another question regarding the baseline fan power calculation in the Tables 1.4 Excel spreadsheet: Does the calculation account for the possibility of a Return Fan in the proposed system?

The requirements for the EQ Management Plan in the LEED for Healthcare 2009 seems to be different from the NC 2009 requirements. Does anyone have an example of this plan?

Hi! how can I prove that an environment is naturally conditioning? I believe this is not only proven by percentage of openings, correct? For example, how to prove this in a restaurant?
