I am working on a 90.1-2016 App G energy model. The schedules in ASHRAE 90.1 User’s Manual indicates that the lighting schedule reflects mandatory occupancy sensors requirements of section 9.4.

Does anybody know where USGBC / WE TAG came up with Table 1? I've not been able to find it anywhere, except where it is referenced as coming from LEED.
