1-floor renovation in an 2009 EBOM Certified Building

I am proposing on a project in which the scope is the renovation of a single floor of a 10 story building that is currently LEED 2009 EBOM certified.

We have a Green Building Council in Australia that has a very advanced energy simulation methodology that achieves the same outcomes as the ASHRAE 90.1 process outlined in LEED.

Hello, Has anyone heard of possibility to exclude >10% of building gross area that is under separate ownership and management? In our case such space makes 14%.

As per Table 6.8.1D, I observed the following EER = 12.3-(0.213*Cap/1000) EER Also, Cap means the rated cooling capacity of the product in Btu/hr.

Calibration

Hallo, According to the BMS and HVAC subcontractor, the sensors do not need to be calibrated, particularly CO sensors and chilled water temperature sensors.
