We request for a clarification regarding mandating the tenant to use the VAV boxes in core and shell projects. In a core and shell project, we will not know what system the tenant will be using.

For a project where we're pushing for parking garages for the cars, but have asphalt driveways, can we consider the footprint of the garage as hardscape that meets the requirement?

Im sure this is addressed somewhere but my apologies I haven't found this info. When summarizing building square footage for PIf2, do outdoor balconies (of upper floors) need to be included?

If I have no parking spaces in my LEED boundary, is it ok to have my Low-Emitting parking adjacent to the site? forgive me if this has been answered/asked by someone else.

Office building with dining facility

We are working on the design of an office building where there is a conditioned dining area for office workers and visitors. The dining facility has the capacity to accommodate 280 people.
