IEQc4.1- Low emitting materials- adhesives and sealants req.

For the Low emitting materials- adhesives & sealants, there are 3 adhesives that are between 195 and 320 g/l over the VOC limit. I am using the Special purpose contact adhesive limit.

We have a client that wants to reduce costs for a warehouse by using a tensioned fabric structure rather than a metal building. My first thought is that it might be considered impermanent.

I am working on a CI project that is within a LEED Platinum building. The base building did not install tenant submetering. It does, however share whole building energy use data with the USGBC.
