Has anyone found a work around for the calculators being password-protected?

For a project in Singapore the client are planning on purchasing Green RECs from TIGR. 

We are currently working on a retail project that has recently implemented improvements to its plumbing fixtures, and we are pursuing the Indoor Water Use ACP pilot credit.

Hi all, I have a question regarding the EA Credit: Advanced Energy Metering under LEED v4 BD+C: Core and Shell.

The LEED v4.1 reference guide and the USGBC website say that the credit is one point.  LEED Online also seems to indicate that it is one point.

I am trying to find confirmation that completing both options 1 & 2 will give my project more points than just completing one or the other.
