Portfolio Manager Solar Data

We have a grid tied solar array that we regularly sell energy back to the utility. The LEED form clearly states that they are interesteded in all solar generated, which is 23.5 Mwh.

Multi-family residential buildings are currently not eligible to receive an Energy Star score in Portfolio manager.

WEp1 - Handheld bidet faucets

CS-2009 WEp1:Water Use Reduction

Every toilet stall in the project includes a handheld bidet faucet (or spray) and a lavatory. Are these calculated as lavatory faucets or ignored in the water use calculation?

We are wondering how to interpret the Minimum Efficiency Tables of Chapter 6.8 in ASHRAE 90.1-2007 to model HVAC efficiencies of baseline equipment. Our baseline building has a floor area > 150.
