The new LEED v4 is intended to be fully applicable in projects outside the US. I have navigated through the new LEED for Homes v4 credits but I have not found yet how the new rating system will be

I am working on a LEED-CS 2009 project that is half office and half lab space. Not all of the tenants are certain yet so we opted to select the 'default occupancy' option.

I have a LEED project that includes three buildings and a large constructed wetlands, however there is an existing building smack in the middle of them.

Stagnation is not the answer. LEED has done admirably being just out in front enough to keep people engaged while also keeping them stretching. It is a very tough place to hold.

From a laboratory standpoint they just drove the cost of the IAQ test way up, even though it is a small segment (2points) of the program.
